Do I need a physical card to use my insurance?
To use your health insurance, all you need is your Policy Number and your Health ID. You can find the same on your Plum app. You may also download the digital health card from your Plum account. Find the link under "Quick Action" in the "Health Insurance" section after login.
With Plum, you don't need any physical insurance card. It saves you the hassle of storing a physical card in your wallet.
What do I do if I do not see the Health ID on my Plum app?
